The evil General Akhboob is a Middle Eastern dictator and has closed off his country after the great 1999 war! Hundreds of people flocked into the country looking for a scoop but they find that there is a lot more going on in the baby milk factory than just milk! In the intensely cool and action packed Total Carnage you must take your heroes Captain Carnage and Major Mayhem on an epic mission to fight the creatures and mutants that have taken hold of the baby milk factory and the country!
