An awesome weapons research company named The Delta Foundation has created a powerful cyborg soldier! When the company attempts to sell the technology to the US government they say it has to be paid for quickly or it will be sold to another country so your commando dude Nova is deployed to infiltrate the company and destroy the weapon before it falls into the wrong hands in Power Blade 2!
