The land of Sosaria has fallen under the power of Lord British and been renamed Britannia, but the amazing Lord British fears the people are become lazy and losing their faith so he creates the Quest of the Avatar to revive the population and let them unite behind a hero of their own! In the brilliant Ultima - Quest of the Avatar you must help your character develop spiritually and allow him to become enlightened to be a shining light to the people of Britannia!
